Vacancy: CNC lathe operator assistant
We are looking for a turner’s assistant who is ready to grow with us and join in creating reliable equipment that works throughout the country. We will consider both experienced and inexperienced candidates.
What you will do in this position:
- Assist the turner in preparing and processing parts on machine tools.
- Replace parts in a timely manner, clean, sort and prepare tools for work.
- Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace.
- Perform auxiliary operations to ensure the smooth running of the production process.
- Learn and master turning skills under the guidance of experienced masters.

Requirements:
Preparing metal for bending:
• checking the thickness, dimensions and quality of the sheet or profile;
• installing the necessary tools (punches, dies).
Equipment setup:
• programming or manual setting of parameters (bending angle, length, radius);
• checking the accuracy of the first part.
Bending:
• working on a bending machine (CNC or mechanical);
• quality control of finished parts according to drawings or templates.
Equipment maintenance:
• cleaning, lubrication, minor maintenance;
• reporting malfunctions to the foreman or mechanic.
Compliance with safety regulations:
• working in protective clothing, gloves and safety glasses;
• ensuring that hands do not get caught in the press.
