The anti-explosion device UZS is a set of protective grid ZR and protective casing ZK, designed to isolate the ventilation system from contact with the external environment in the event of an air shock wave of long duration with a pressure from 0.3 to 10 kg/cm² (0.3- 10 bar). The cover is intended for installation of a protective grille. This element protects the section from mechanical damage and atmospheric precipitation. It is installed on ducts with a diameter of 150 to 500 mm. The cover with the protective grid is attached to the special adapter with a bolted connection. Installation of the device in a steel casing with a special adapter must be carried out in such a way as to ensure free access to specialists for maintenance and repair.

Protective grille

MZR and UZR protective grills are designed to isolate and protect ventilation systems from the external environment during the action of shock waves. The structure consists of a metal grid and metal blind plates attached with hinges. During a shock wave, the louvers will fit snugly against the grill and stop excessive air flow. Thus, the pressure stabilizes, and the blinds return to their original position thanks to the springs. If necessary, you can change the angle of inclination of the blades to the grid, from 0º to 45º, using the adjusting screws. The grille comes complete with a ZK cover.
