One of the main strategic goals of KVZ is digitalization, and this applies directly to all business processes from the creation of digital twins to the construction of a modern new plant and the creation of a complete digital copy. We have made another important step in this direction: from September 1, 2020, Kyiv Ventilator Plant LLC will switch to full electronic document management and provide all its contractors with the opportunity to receive Expense Invoices and Acts of work performed and other legal documents and primary accounting documents in electronic form, with electronic digital signature. Working with documents in electronic form allows you to fully process primary documents, including Expenditure invoices and Acts of work performed. According to the Law of Ukraine of 22.05.2003 №851-IV “On electronic documents and electronic document management” electronic primary documents have the same legal force as paper, and can’t be rejected only because they have an electronic form.
