Adapters and flexible inserts

Flexible inserts are designed to prevent the transmission of vibration from fans or ventilation units to the air duct, as well as to partially compensate for temperature deformation in the air duct route. They are used in ventilation units that move air in the temperature range from -40 °C to +80 °C. Compatible with ducts with a diameter from 100 to 630 mm. Flexible inserts are two flanges connected by a vibration isolation material. Made of galvanized sheet and polyethylene tape reinforced with polyamide textile fabric. Inserts are not intended for mechanical load, it is forbidden to use them as a supporting structure. Installation of flexible inserts in the ventilation system is carried out by attaching the end flanges to the corresponding flanges in the ventilation system. Fastening is carried out with the help of galvanized bolts and staples.
