VM fans
One-sided centrifugal mill fans for pneumatic transportation of various air mixtures with a temperature of up to + 200 °C, dust content of up to 80 g/m3 particles, no different in abrasiveness and tendency to stick to the blades of the impeller from coal dust particles. They are used in dust preparation systems on steam boilers, in technological lines for metal production. Produced from carbon and stainless steel.

VM mill exhaust fan is one of the most popular types of exhaust machines.
VM fan are designed for pneumatic transportation of various air mixtures with temperature up to + 200 ° С, dust content up to 80 g/m3 with particles not differing in abrasiveness and propensity to stick to impeller blades from coal dust particles. It is allowed to operate the fans at a speed of rotation up to 1500 rpm.
VM fans are used:
- in systems of dust preparation on steam boilers;
- in technological lines for the production of metal.
General information about fan:
- Single suction;
- Spiral rotary framework;
- Backward curved blades;
- Quantity of blades -10 (20 for VM 40-750);
- Direction of rotation – right and left.
Depending on the direction of rotation, the fans are produced in the right or left rotation. Right-hand fans with a wheel rotating clockwise, left rotation – with a wheel rotating counter-clockwise when viewed from the suction side of the fan.
