Sheet metal laser cutting
We laser-cut sheet metal from DXF files, from one blank to repeat batches.

What the work includes
A digital profile gives consistent geometry and efficient nesting. Before quoting, we check closed contours, minimum holes, bridges and visible-edge requirements.
After cutting, parts can proceed to bending, welding, blast preparation or coating as one agreed manufacturing route.

Technical questions are resolved before release so production follows agreed data.

Send a drawing, model or dimensioned photo and state the quantity.

Material, tolerances, datums and the operation sequence are reviewed.

Scope, material, lead time and price are agreed before release.
- 04Production and inspection
Parts are made to the agreed documentation and critical dimensions are inspected.
