Custom metal welding
We weld metal parts and assemblies to drawings, including edge preparation and geometry checks.

What the work includes
Before work starts, we define material, joint type, weld access and assembly order. A controlled sequence and fixtures help minimise distortion.
We can weld customer-supplied blanks or laser-cut the complete kit. Dressing, blast preparation and paint coating are available after assembly.

Parts are made to the agreed documentation and critical dimensions are inspected.
